WiFi not appearing

I recently got a used custom gaming PC from a friend. It runs on Windows 10, and everything seems fine except that my home WiFi is not displaying as an option to connect to. My other devices in the room are all connected, and when I turn on my phone hot spot I can connect to that. How do I fix this issue? I’ve tried resetting the router, the whole computer, and uninstalling my network adapter and reinstalling it.

open the Control Panel, go to Network and Internet, click Network Sharing Center, and click Advanced sharing settings, then check if the Network discovery is on. If it’s not, select Turn on network discovery, then click Save changes.

As you said all devices except this are connected so check your wifi pairing limit at a time, maybe it is full.
if it not works, then open the network and sharing center in the control panel open wifi settings, and make it default.
Another method you can try is to reinstall the Wifi driver in device manager

Your wifi isn’t showing. The problem you didn’t activate (on) them yet. That’s why the signal isn’t showing yet.

First check for wireless drivers if it’s not install then install or update your drivers or else please do check setting as mentioned below :

Network settings -> change adapter settings -> you will see three options( Bluetooth, Ethernet and WiFi), Enable WiFi if it was disabled.
