Wifi Signal Boosting Device Required

Dear All,

I have one wifi Netgear WG102 access point on my office first floor. But on office ground floor, i am not able to receive proper signal from the access point that I have on my first floor. And on ground floor i do not have any physical wall jeck for LAN connectivity so that i can put another access point on ground floor. So is there any wifi signal booster device that can work without wired input. So that i can get proper wifi signal of my network on my ground floor as well. If anybody knows about that please tell me. This is so urgent for me.
