Every time I try to install Office 97 onto a laptop running winME, I get a message saying that I can’t install an earlier version of the operating system than the one currently installed. To do so I will have to remove the one currently installed.I am not installing an OS! It’s just Office 97! Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did u get past it?
