I have DHCP running on one of the Domain Controller in Win 2000 Domain. The dhcp is having 122 Scopes which are active .the lease period for all scopes are by default 8 days.
Strangley one day all DHCP scopes went inactive causing a havoc. amazingly we had no sings of it in event logs . the event logs keeps giving error Event 12292 & 12294 . apart from that no critical errors.
we have checked
there is no other DHCP in the network.
whatz causing the DHCP scopes to go inactive frequently.
