Win 2000 print drivers for NT 4 Server

Is there anyway to put 2000 print drivers for an HP5000 in the spool directory on a NT 4.0 server. I have a couple of 2000 workstation in an NT 4.0 server environment. I am having a printing problem through our database. The runtime engine can not open the printer. If I install the printer locally with the 2000 drivers it works fine. I believe that for some reason it is pulling the NT 4 drivers from the server. Any help would be greatly apprieciated.
