Does anyone have any solutions on the following;
I’m running win 2000 pro, and just recently when I select shutdown, the system only shutdown partically. The system goes throught the process of shutting down, but the power does not cut off. The last thing I installed is an app called win wash, I have since removed it. but I’m still having the same problem, only now it comes up with a blue screen telling me that a software is not properly installed — help….
