I have seen some Q&A about ISP and Outlook passwords not being kept for Win95/98 but I have the problem for Win2k.
The Outlook Express and Outlook 2000 passwords are not stored even though the store checkbox is checked.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled everything so far except Win2k. I suspect it is something to do either with the Smart Card built in to this Acer laptop or with the PC-Cillin anti virus software. Both are uninstalled now.
I have done the Win 2k update to SP2.
Can anyone suggest any registry settings to check and/or other course of action?
