Win 2k prof unattend installation

Hi,

Can anybody please explain how to practically deploy win2k prof on a new system. I am aware theriotically but the problem is how do I install the network card driver from DOS prompt and can how I map the network drive where I have created the image file of the OS in the server.
I have created the answer file and copied into a floppy disk. How do I proceed, kindly elaborate.
