Win 2k SP2

Hi I have a problem with Windows 2000 SP2 that I need help with. I have been installing SP2 on our company’s workstations. Up until now, I have had no trouble. The problem I am having is with my home PC’s. I download and install SP2. The installation completes and computer reboots. Windows 2000 begins to load then I get a blue screen which states “inaccessable boot device”. This has happened on both my PC’s. I reload Win2k and everything is fine. All my data and programs remain intact.Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks
