WIN 32 GENERIC HOST ERROR

Sir,
I am facing the error of generic host several time apart from all possibilities. I am not been able to get rid of this.Even I had changed the system the to the problem is same.
please help me out to some good / effective solution which on applying donot disturb network connectivity.
