Win 95 Explorer Directory Tree

How can I get the Win 95 Explorer directory tree that is displayed to be opened to the folder that I want to use instead of it opening up my “C” drive and all the folders by default. I always have to click the “+” on the “C” drive to collapse it so I can then open up a folder in my “E” drive. It would just be nice to fix this…

I know there’s got to be a way to do this but I can’t find anything about it…
