When accessing CP the computer freezes (have to reboot)with the error message ‘not enough system resources’and will not allow access to CP. I have checked sys. resources, they are OK. I’ve tried creating a short cut but the same happens. I’ve tried ‘finding’ all the *.cpl files and clicking them to see if any produce the same-no luck. I am at a loss with this, the only way I can access CP is through ‘help’.
This problem appeared after a recent memory/second hard drive upgrade. I cannot find any support answers for this and have tried numerous forums/tech sites. Any help ideas etc would be appreciated.
