I am working on a Win 98 Second Edition computer that will not shutdown. When going to start > shutdown > shutdown (not restart) > OK the computer goes through the normal routine the drives sound like they are powering down then all of a sudden thecomputer reboots. I tried looking for the reg key that would control the shutdown option but can’t seem to find it. I also tried to enable fast shutdown with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
