Win 98 printer problem

I’m assuming this is a Windows Problem…I have a computer that is running Win98 and for the past couple weeks every printer that I have installed on it (three) has been using the value ‘3’ as the default for the number of copies. I can change themand it stays until I restart the computer, then it goes back to three. It does the same thing on multiple programs. Any ideas?
