Win 98SE No Boot up

I had to reinstall OS now I cannot get my Gateway computer to boot up first it would not recognize the keyboard, then it would not recognize the mouse now it will not get pass the Gateway Window
nor is there the option to press the F1 button
What can I do?

use the restore CD that came with your computer.

Open up the computer [the box. Take the cover off]. Look to see if the CPU is missing. I think it's missing. THe CPU may have died also.

Is the computer unsteadiness work,you must ReSet up Operation system.
fast Setup Method:
1. Attrib -s -h system.1st
2. Attrib -s -h -r c:\Windows\system.dat
3. Copy system.1st c:\windows\system.dat
4. Restart Computer.
