Ok, the business I work for uses PC, however the owners use Mac. I create a PDF and send it to them and they receive a Win.Dat file. I have taken off Rich Text and make sure that it is created in plain text, I have tried everything and they still complain they can’t open a PDF. I have asked them to download Adobe Reader and they claim they have. What to do?????
