Greetings,
I have a user who has a Compaq Presario running WIN ME. She is using Word 2000 and attempting to print a range of pages from a 60+ document to her HP Deskjet 842 printer.
EVERYTIME she attempts to print a range of pages from a large document she gets a SPOOL32 error and must reboot. She can print the entire document out without a problem but if she picks page 26 or pages 26-34 for example she gets the Spool32 error.
Any ideas on what is causing this and how to fix it?
