For the Settings, Run and find you need to set up a system policy from your server under administrative tools. To restrict internet access create a group and only give them permission to access the internet.

If you want to implement a quite tight restriction at the workstation, for Windows 95/98, you have to setup the combination of Windows Profile and System Policy. For Internet access, the solution above is the way to go. And I repeat, create a group in the (Proxy) server that will have such permission and just add users to be members of this group those you decided to be lucky to have Internet access.

Enjoy!

You will need to create a policy, run policy editor from a NT workstation, I would recommend that you DO NOT make any changes to the default computer icon as this effects all users in your domain. Make changes to groups or users when you have made changes save the file as ntconfig.pol and place that in the %systemroot%\repl\import\scripts on the NT server
