How do you limit user's access to Windows NT 4.0 hard disk.

If you're looking to control the amount of data a user can store on the drive, it can't be done natively with NT4. I don't know of any software that will doit. If you want to restrict access assign the user to a group that has limited rights to the drive or specific directories. You can also restrict rights to a specific user.

If you speak about permissions you can customize these from share permisions options or security options.
About control the amount of data a user can store on a partition, NT don't have support for that. Additional software can solve this problem. A posibility is QuataAdvisor:
