After logon to the Windows NT 4 PDC the desktop is blank, i.e. NO icons or Taskbar/StartMenu, Just sits there with background and mouse pointer. Can C-A-Del and bring up TaskMan and run explorer but can’t find whats causing it. Anyone come across this one? P.S.TechNet didn’t help!
