An end user has a word document that he can not print. This document was sent to me as an attachement, although the user is not using the document, there is a message that says that it is in use by the originator. I would like to print the document but I doesn’t print and I dont’ get an error message explaining the reason for the document to not print. Also, this document has graphics included, it was also help to know some specific troubleshooting questions I can ask the user in order to help recover this file.
