Win XP compatibility

One of my clients read in a PC magazine (Maximum PC, December issue, he thinks) that Win XP has a compatibility program called “BootVis” that is supposed to be better than the compatibility wizard. He has the home edition and I am wondering if it is only on the professional. Does anyone know where to find this program?
