running win xp home. intermittantly pc freezes, not keyboard, no mouse, can’t ctl+alt+del, must either turn off and on or reset key. can’t even complete scan with latest virus updates as it freezes even in safe mode. finally got the updates for NAV installed, but scan could not complete. spy bot and adaware also freeze up. help?
