Win-Xp Internet Explorer settings

I use win-xp professional and share the machine with my peers. The settings that I make in Internet explorer do not pass on when other users
sharing the system use Internet Explorer. I need to create individual settings for all users that share the system with me. The settings are related
to Windows-NT server

How can I reuse profiles of users for Internet Explorer ?
