    Win XP Not Using MS Shared Fax

    I have a laptop that I had to completely wipe the hard drive and reinstall XP (SP2). Before I did this, you could fax using the MS Shared Fax we have on our server. Now, it lists the fax, but it will not let you use it. When you click on it, nothing happens. The printer window does not even give you a status of this printer. No error message pops up. The shared fax works on every other PC in the office. Any ideas? Thanks!
