Win XP PRO boot screen

When I boot up my computer I get a screen to select witch Operating system I would like to start ” Windows XP Pro or Windows XP Pro”. How do I get rid of this screen?

      Know what or how to do this without doing a “Format”. In my field we call him a “starter”.
