Win Xp Pro Net Send

We are on a Single Domain in our Office, with a Win NT PDC (With Win’s and DHCP) and a Win NT BDC. All client computers are Win 98se. My current computer is a Win XP Pro. Standard Huds. None of the Win98 Clients are having any issues using winpop.

Question:
When ever I do a Net Send Command, I get the following Error:

“An error occurred while sending a message to TLW.

The message alias could not be found on the network.

More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2273.”

I have been working with MS Support, and they have no clue, but want me to re-install the OS. This is an unacceptable option.
