Not new to computers, I have tried every work-around and have come to the conclusion that my inability to print to HP P-2015 or my new Xerox Phaser 3300MFP is an OS problem. Why? Because the HP worked fine UNTIL I reinstalled XP Pro SP2. Now I can’t print via USB (XP finds it via Add Hardware) or network (did so once perfectly during initial installation. Now the printer cannot be found on the network, on which our internet is connected and working perfectly. JUST CAN’T PRINT. PLEASE HELP.
