Hello all,
I’ve created a Win XP Pro SP2 image that will be deployed on our Dell D600 laptops. Before running sysprep, my images has a display configuration of 1024×768, 32 bit color, 60 Hz refresh rate. I open my Display Properties and I am offered only 2 screen resolutions, 800×600 and 1024 x 768.
After running sysprep and deploying the image to a laptop, I login as administrator. My display settings are now 1400×1050. I have 4 screen resolutions, 800×600 1024×768 1280×1024 and 1400×1050. Any subsequent user has the same display properties. Does anyone know what’s up with this?
The laptop video card is a Mobility Radion 9000 with bios version BK8.0.0 VR008.019.008.002.007.001.001.001.f
