Win XP – Slow ‘Send To’ Menu

Whenever I right click anything and I move my mouse over the Send To menu it will freeze there for a good 10 seconds.

It wasn’t like this when I first installed it, it’s only happened recently and it gets really annoying.

Same thing happens when I open up My Computer. I comes up with the little animated flashlight for a while before it show my drives.

Any ideas?
