Win XP stops booting

I had a system with a M810-xp motherboard, i changed this for an intel based 925 motherboard, and my OS displays an unmountable_boot_device, is there anything i can do to have my Win Xp running again? I mounted another disk with Win Me, but i don?t know what to do.
