We recently deployed WIN2000 and Office 2000. PC are also running Attachmate for WIN2000. Users consistently complain that their PCs freeze up and get a memory dump error. They are unable to save files or even do a ctrl alt del to reboot and get outof the OS. All PC came with extra memory since users access mainframe data and use the data to generate large financial/royalty/audit spreadsheet. Any suggestion as to what could be causing the problem?
