WIN2000 SERVER PRINT PROBLEM

my printer is hooked on a windows 2000 server and put a share on it...why i cannot print on a MS DOS environment on a windows 2002 pro workstation?...while my other workstations which uses win95 and 98 can print on a DOS environment to my windows 2000 server...please help..

If you are trying to print from a win2k workstation to a network printer, you have to map the lpt1 port to the network printer
net use lpt1: \\computer\printer /persistent:y
