WIN2000 startup

MSCONFIG is ti WIN ME / 98 as ? is to Win 2000 Pro.
I have certain programs loaded and woring in Win2000 Pro which I now wish to disable for testing purposes.
In Win ME I use msconfig and am able to change what programs will start on startup.. Howis this done in Win 2000 Pro?
