Win2k Adv Serv DNS

I have a 2000Adv server machine connected to the internet via cable modem. I want to be able to connect, and have my IP changed locally so that other machines can log into the server to access the internet as well. My ISP has my server connected using DHCP. How can I set up my server to connect via DHCP, and have a Domain so that I can assign IP’s to the machines logging in to the Domain, and give them access to the internet thru Win2000AdvServ?
