Win2k Control Panel slow to load

After installing drivers for a PCI scuzzi adapter and an onboard raid controller, my control panel window takes a long time to open up (30 secs to 1 minute). It eventually opens and all looks fine. Its just slow to open. Treid add/remove hardware tomake it recognize all hardware. Still slow after that. This is a clean install at this point wiht the exception of the 2 drivers I loaded. Prior to laoding these drivers control panel loaded normally.
