Win2k FTP folder rights

I am currently running Win2k advanced server, and i have enabled the FTP server. The FTP server works fine, i can log in, browse, all that stuff. I disabled the anon login, and created a group on the server called FTP users. i added that group along with the admin group to have access. in the folder hierarchy, it seems that i can only give all folders read or read/write access, and not a mixture of the 2. some folders i don’t want to have write capabilities, but other folders i do. Is there a way to set up so that some folders can have write access, and some can’t?
