Win2k no "Documents and Settings" Folder

By reference ·
Has anyone ever seen a Windows 2000 Server SP2 - latest updates, with no Documents and Setting folder? I even did a search through the registry there are no instances of douments and settings! This seems impossible to me, but sure enough I'm lookingright at it! Is there any way to fix this?

If the server was upgraded from NT 4.0 then the user information is still stored under %SystemRoot%\Profiles. The upgrade process does not move this folder (Q306952).

I did upgrade from NT 4.0, should I be concerned about this? Do you know of any articles/white papers that can provide any more info on this situation? It just seems odd to me because I've upgraded several nt 4.0 servers, but never seen one come outwithout docs and settings. Thanks for the help!
