Our Win2k clients must use Office 97 on their systems (Access 97 DB not ported to Access 2K yet.). When they try to print anything from Word 97 to a networked HP2100 LJ, the page prints blank. All users have Admin rights on their own machines. Another oddity – if the users make a shortcut to the document, the doc prints fine, not blank. The printer works fine for all other apps. Any ideas?
