Win2k Pro: window installer corrupted

Lately, I cannot install anything because the Win Installer was corrupted (maybe by virus). Please tell me how restore this back. Thank you.

    I cannot install Windows Installer since the installer corrupted. Can I completely reinstall Win2k without reformatting the disk? How?

      If you have a bootable Win2K disk, I would do a parallel install, by installing Win2K into another directory such as C:\WINNT2 then at least you can boot the pc up and pull off any needed data you wanted and then reformat the whole drive and start from scratch.
