Win2k Server and Critical Updates

I have a Win2k Server and I have 20 windows
2000 Pro workstations which are all attached to the server. 10 of these computers don’t have internet access and the other 10 computers do have internet access. Is there a way to download critical updates to the server then from the server send and install critical updates to the workstation when the user logs into the server? If so, How can I do this?
