We've got a Win2K Server that hasn't been doing much but serving up our seldom-used company intranet. We've been working towards having a few work-from-home employees, and once our VPN solution proved too laggy, we've turned to Remote Desktop. We installed Terminal Services and Remote Desktop is working fine from my WinXP Pro desktop, except the server is running RDP 5.0, which as I understand it, won't support over 256 colors. That'd be alright, but the GUI for the software our employees have to use doesn't dither very well. Before I tell them "yes, it's ugly and hard to read, I didn't make it and can't change it, deal with it" is there a way to upgrade Win2K Server to RDP 5.1?
