win2k SP3? (server)

I wanted to know if any has had any problem either during instalation of sp 3 on the server or after installing.. since i’m planing to install it sometimes soon on our server.
I did install it on all our win 2k pros and it went super smooth.. but iwant to make sure that my server will be up after installation

(i have Prolient 370 with 2 PIII 733 and 512 mb Ram)
please let me know of your experiences.
