Win2k upgrade

Running NT 4 SP6. Try to upgrade to win2k server. After loading RAID drivers I get STOP ERROR Inaccessible Boot Device. Raid card is a DPT pm-1564u3. RAID has current firmware and Bios. Adaptec was unable to help me resolve the issue. Ran a repair on the Boot Tracks from the NT 4 CD. Cannot get past the STOP ERROR. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
