WIN2K3 SBS NetBT error 4319

I am running a WIN2K3 SBS machine & on it I have MS Virtual Server 2005 with WIN2K3 installed inside of it. I installed a 2nd NIC to be used by the Virtual Server. I am always seeing NetBT Event ID 4319 Duplicate Name detected on the Network. I do use WINS in the SBS machine because of a Legacy Application we use.
