We recently moved our last Nt3.51 domain server to NT4.0 and since then upgraded with service packs 4.0 5.0 and 6.a. From time to time our existing windows 3.1 and win95 boxes are refused access.
Only cure to date has been to shut down both the primary and secondary domain controllers. Seems to be related to changes in the NTLM NTLM2 LM flip flop in security. Any one know of a registry fix to lock the servers to accept LM?
