Win95 IP address

In Windows 98 there is a lot of command which can help to troubleshoot network problem
such as ipconfig , netstat ,winipcfg and etc but unfortunately previous version Win95
does’t have these kind command.Can anyone tell me how to check a Win95 computer
IP address when it is connected to a network or internet acting as a DHCP client.
Please advise.
