I have a pc i am working on. It had been upgraded to WinXP from Win98. However, it had old hardware attached that wasn’t compliant with XP and did not run well. In my attempt to take it back to Win98 i ran into problems with the person not finding their cert of auth. I then fdisk the drive and was going to install win 95 and build to win98. However, when i got win95 up it told me it could not upgrade to win98 because d:\win98suhelper.bin” is not available. I think there is a minor step i missed when installing win95. Ultimately, i just need to install an OS on this pc. Preferably win2k or back to win98.
