I am trying to activate the messenger service on Win95/98 systems. I am trying to do this so a Server can NET SEND to them when an app errors.
I can get this to work under OS/2 or NT no problem. But Win 95/98 won’t allow me to NET START MSG.
Any advise is welcome.
