I recently uninstalled a number of programs
that we no longer used, or wanted to replace.
One of the unexpected results is that my Win98 laptop no longer goes to the MS network login prompt on startup but goes directly to the default user environment, as if someone cancelled the login prompt. How can I restore the login prompt ? I have already uninstalled and re-installed the network layers and clients but the problem persists.
